I stayed here for 2 weeks on business trip. This review could be unfair for Sheraton because I was moved from TownePlace Suite down 290 to here. The room here has no minibar/ small fridge. It has the smell of an old hotel. The lighting is poor. Old hotel smell + poor lighting = gloomy.

I was just at the Sheraton for two weeks for work purposes. The staff was wonderful about making me comfortable and seeing to my needs for quiet and rest when done with my day. We used the Sheraton Brookhollow location as our hub for accomodating our friends and family for our wedding reception. The staff was very accomodating to our needs and the hotel had ammenitites for a variety of guests. The restaurant, bar, and shuttle made things easy for out of town guests.

The staff, food and rooms are A+, excellent service, good food, however a lot of construction around the area, otherwise the hotel is in a very stratigic location, plus the hotel offers free shuttle service to the Gallaria shops and dinning area. The only one thing is the rooms are very small, but beds are super comfertable.
