Tony A the Shuttle driver was the most polite and helpful person at the hotel. We recently took the family to Houston for a baseball game. I usually prefer staying at Embassy Suites when I travel for work, specifically for the perks of the free breakfast and happy hour, but often find that the hotels are in need of some updating. Not this hotel! It was a treat!!!

Great choice of hotel in a lovely mall location. Our six year old loved the two swans. The room was quiet and a great setup for two adults and a child. Breakfast buffet was very delicious.

This hotel has been updated and is very comfortable. Staff is great with a wonderful breakfast.

Beware of this fact when making reservations at this hotel: There apparently is (? at times?) a minimum stay required that is not clearly stated online; if you need to change to a lesser numbers of nights, it comes as a rude surprise that even though there is obviously availability (because you have a reservation) they will not accommodate you... Stayed for a overnight with some girlfriends. Hotel was very close to Concert Venue. Room was very clean and had lots of room. Hotel lobby smelled like chlorine due to the indoor pool.
