Stayed here for two nights while attending a graduation. Hotel reminded me of a W hotel. Very trendy look with lots of very low lighting. Room was nice and a bit larger than expected. Very convenient for Galleria shopping. No self parking and valet was a bit pricey.

The Galleria area has some of the best shopping in the country! Houston has some amazing restaurants near the Hotel Derek as well and in the hotel. Great night life and comfortable surroundings for romance or relaxation!

The only place to stay in the Galleria area. Since you have to Valet at most of the hotels in the area you might as well stay here and treat yourself.
