I left this establishment disturbed and very surprised at management's response to strange noises, doors slamming. I had a room on the first floor with a connecting door to another room. The guests in the next room were constantly playing with the door in what I assumed was an attempt to enter my room. I went to the front desk... More

This microtel sits across from the space center location. You could technically just walk but judging by the attitude of Texans for driving everywhere, you won't see folks walking. The rooms are very nicely staged along with a microwave and a small fridge in our suite room. I've read the reviews here and people expect a setting of a Hilton... More

I don't know where the other reviewers stayed but our experience was great. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a mircowave and refrigerator. There were NO bugs of any kind and the whole place was recently remodeled. Breakfast was available and did include eggs and waffles. The staff was friendly and even the shampoo and soaps were high quality.... More

I didn't smell anything in the lobby, but from the hallways on, I did. It just smelled old & musty, not pleasant. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the ice machine was broke. Went to the 2nd floor and walked from one end to the other, but no ice machine. Had to go to lobby, but at least that... More

I really apologize for your less than satisfactory experience you had at our hotel. We have noted all the issues and I believe we have resolved the unfortunate maintenance issues. I have also spoken with our night auditor who did not do his job by not having the breakfast out by 5:30. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and... More

I was not very happy with this hotel choice. The good things: it was cheap, it was close to NASA, where we were going. Those were nice. The bad things: the whole place smelled strongly of industrial air freshener. It was like fabreeze on steroids. I didn't like that at all. And, the room looks like it was painted by... More

We are very sorry for the experience you had at our hotel. I want to assure you that what you experienced at our hotel is not typical. Once, the front desk was notified of the smell in the hallway, the guest was asked to leave the hotel the same night. Due to our proximity to the Space Center, we host... More

My Husband and I often travel to the Kemah area for weekend get-aways, we were not pleased with this Hotel at all. The room was very small, hard and uncomfortable bed, the overall hotel did have a smell to it! We normally stay at an average of 10 hotels in year and I would honestly say that I will not... More

This hotel is in a perfect place if you want to attend the annual Ballunar Festival at NASA. It is just across the highway and easy to access NASA from the hotel. Lots of food near, too. Great breakfast! Waffle maker is devine!

I´ve stay in several hotels of the Microtel chain. They have a reward program called Micropass. They told me that they were charging my reward account every time I stayed in their hotels. But that was a lie, and they didn´t. When I called Microtel Central I received bad treatment that i do no deserve. Do not stay in these... More

This little motel is waaay better than the rest of them in the area. I stayed here for one night at the end of July 2008. On the night before, I stayed at the Days Inn down the road and it was terrible! This Microtel was way cheaper and nice (when you are comparing 2 star places). Webster, Texas is... More
