Attending a conference at this hotel. First night was fine. During the conference breaks, great coffee service setup. Only ding I can give them was a plumbing problem in the men's restroom. Hope it is repaired by tomorrow. Otherwise a long walk to the next closer restrooms.

Not one of my favorite experiences, and certainly not 4 Star. Could use plenty to TLC to include updates, major cleaning and everyday maintenance. Convenient location to freeways and shopping. Exceptionally clean rooms and public areas. Very professional and helpful staff. Luxury toiletries. Definitely would stay again. Very quiet. We felt the parking fees were high, but they seemed to be high everywhere in Houston.
