If you want to visit the major league ballparks, you have to go to Houston. The Inn at the Ballpark offers the distinct advantage of being directly across the street from Minute Maid Park. It's also close to Hwy 59, so you can get out of Houston quickly afterward. The hotel is modern, with a baseball motif for us fans,... More

I have stayed here several times and always enjoy the place. Good location, very nice rooms, and good food. Vic and Anthony's is right across the parking lot and you can't beat dinner there. My only complaint this trip was a shower that had no water pressure at all. In a hotel like this, I expect more than a shower... More

This hotel is in a great spot! Literally across the street from Minute Maid Park. Within walking distance of great restaurants and sights to see, too. The in house Cafe was wonderful, tasty food and very attentive, professional servers who help make the meal a success. Loved the baseball decor and the "feel right at home" feeling of the rooms.... The name works. Located diagonally across the street from Minute Maid Park, this should be an easy choice for those in town for an Astros game. Truth be told, I was only in town for the game, and wondered a bit if this might have been too out of the way if in Houston for other reasons. But, the hotel... More

The best feature was being literally across the street from Minute Maid Park. We were in town to see the Dodgers play the Astros for a weekend series, and this hotel was ideal for this purpose. Room was big and comfortable. The room service breakfast was quite good and not terribly overpriced. Only downside, and this is relatively minor, is... More

I stayed at the inn at the ballpark for business for over a week. I like the vintage high end feel decor of the room ...not really my style but I got the theme and it works. The room was very comfy (bed was great). Staff was outstanding.

We stayed a this hotel only for one night, but it was great. The rooms were big and the bed confortables. Also the decoration was great, completly Baseball them, but without being tacky. Location is great also.

This is an awesome place. I think its owned by Landry's which is the company that owns restuarants like Olive Garden and Red Lobster. This hotel is right accross from the baseball park and a about a 5-8 minute walk from the Shops at Downtown Houston (or something like that), which has a foodcourt and numerous other shopping stores. The... More
