I paid 200.00 dollars for the tree top room, the bed was dreadful. Sags with a huge indention. Did she buy it at a garage sale! The trash cans had not been emptied there were twist ties on the floor. I travel a lot, and this is the best place I have ever stayed at! Lisa is great, and very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. Free parking :). Breakfast is cooked by a chef, using fresh ingredients. Great location.

Most people think Victorian lace and knick-knacks when they think bed and breakfast. The Modern turns this preconception on its ear. We have stayed at the Modern B&B many times. Each time has been wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is over the top. We look forward to going back.

The house is beautiful and the food fantastic (with wine, tea, coffee, and snacks available throughout the day).
