I stayed here while visiting family and I loved it ...the staff was nice, the people were nice. I think Texans are nice...I think this will be my hotel for all my houston stays. Not sure what all these other people have to say but it was a great stay.

I travel quite a bit and am a frequent user of this chain of hotels. I must say that the service at this location totally outdid some of the other locations. The staff were so hospitable and seemed to cater to me...I like staying at hotels where you can tell the employees like their jobs!!!

I stayed here for a conference last month staff was very friendly / free breakfast in the morning and used the shuttle twice to go to a steakhouse the room was clean and comfortable i would definitely stay here again soon
