I stayed at the hotel mid-April for a business trip. The first day the tub did not drain properly and by the end of my 10-minute shower the water was up to my ankles. I reported the issue and was told it would be fixed that day. The next day, same thing happened so I called again and was again... More

I stayed last week at the four seasons. What distiguises a four seasons is always top notch service and people and this hotel was no exception. Sleep quality and bedding were to notch as was the home keeping service and the turndown service. Even when things did not go smoothly, the staff was very nice and always tryed it's best.... More

I just returned home from a business meeting at The Four Seasons. Like most people when you hear the name Four Seasons, I expected to be wowed, and though I expected perhaps more, I was still pleased and certainly recommend this hotel. From my room on the 9th floor, I could see.the Toyota Center. The House of Blues was close.... More

Certainly the level you would expect from the Four Seasons. Stayed over a weekend and the surrounding area is fairly lacking in restaurant choices for breakfast. But this is rather typical of a downtown hotel in a major city's business district. Very comfortable rooms (we had a suite) and always ready to help staff. Would certainly stay again.

We felt as though we were staying with relatives. The staff were so eager to help make us comfortable. Valet was quick, food good and healthy, bed was very comfy and the all around atmosphere was very pleasant. Thank you Four Seasons

I live in Houston and my husband gave me a night at in hotel in Houston to stay the Saturday before Mother's Day. I had never stayed at the Four Seasons, and they had a great rate on hotels.com. When I got there, I was really close to making my appointment at the spa on time. When I arrived at... More

I have stayed at the Four Seasons chain for several years now. I usually go to the one in Nayarit, Mexico. It's a resort rather than a hotel and they never cease to amaze me. I had to be in Houston for a few days and I decided to stay at the Four Seasons. As soon as I stepped out... More

If you have previously stayed at Four Seasons properties internationally (especially in Asia) then this is likely to be one of the worst Four Seasons you will encounter. Negatives: Drab, dated decor does not give the feeling of luxury or exclusivity / rooms were often not cleaned until late afternoon (I understand the hotel was very busy but even after... More

We stayed in the Four Seasons for a couple of nights at the weekend. Postives: Good location for main Houston sights + Minute Maid Park. The candy trolley Breakfast service Gym: good facilities Negatives: Hotel tried to nickel & dime & overcharged us for several items (why do they offer discounted meals, etc & yet still charge full price?)
