We have stayed at the Hyatt several times for a quick weekend getaway to Houston. Rooms are nice, clean and quiet. Staff is always helpful. The location is great because you can walk to almost anywhere downtown or midtown.

I really enjoyed staying here recently for business. Hotel rooms were nice and the view from the 23rd floor was great! We stayed here for three nights on our recent trip to Texas. This is a very expensive hotel - over $300. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. However the rooms are very dated and dirty - stains on the couches etc. I will try an different place - the next time I am in town.

Great service, beautiful rooms, great view on 28th floor from room, comfy bed, what moee can you ask for!?!.....oh, food was good, not great, but good! Around the bend, we had dinner at Vic and Anthonys, now that was great food!
