Large spacious room, good staff and great location. I was very impressed with the size of the room and the quality of accomodations. Everything a business traveler needs is all there.

Very poor food service, rooms are somewhat adequate for a Marriott but are not up to par based on our experiences in other JW's. Marriott at IAH is better.

The female concierge was terrific! She was so caring, sweet, and very capable. I can be a pretty demanding traveler, but she enthusiastically helped me with getting mapquest directions, giving cultural information on the Rienzi Mansion in River Oaks, and even recommended the perfect French restaurant for my friends and me.
