this is a great centrallaly located hotel near the best shopping. The galleria has the best selection od fashion and there are great restaurant nearby such as arcadoro. The service in the hotel was impeccable and discreet. Spacious room and a good view well decorated with plush towels and great soft sheets

Looking at the map, it shouldn't be a surprise that interstate noise is a problem. But construction is a bigger problem, especially when it is NOT disclosed. Every employee at this hotel was warm and attentive. From my check in where they printed directions for me, to the valet's who offered to drive me a drive to get some water, to the great bartender (Fernando) each employee was amazing. This is some of the best service I have recieved while traveling.

I just recently stayed here while I was attending my confence, which was also at the hotel. I was a single female traveling alone. At the front desk they noticed this and the hotel offers the same rate for valet parking as they do for self parking for females who are traveling alone. They do not want women walking alone... More

The service here is really incredible and a notch above, at the check in desk and the concierge lounge. Tuesday evenings include a Manager's reception with appetizers and drinks, and you really do get to meet the managers - who are all very friendly and receptive.
