We stay at this hotel cause it is near the medical center. we get wonderful service and clean rooms. The help is friendly and it is close to the medical center and Ken the shutte driver treats you great.

I go to Houston annually and this was my first time staying at this particular hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. They offer medical rates. It looks a little run down on the outside, but don't let that deter you.

The couple of problems we had were quickly corrected by the staff. We travel with our dog so we appreciate the fact that pets are welcome.
