I stay at the hotel one week every two months and the staff at Vino's make you feel at home as soon as you enter room. Virginia is especially attentive, greeting you by name, and asking about your family. That is the type of service that keeps you coming back.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially Virginia from the hotel restaurant. She took good care of our party. I travelled for work and have stayed at this location in the past. She remembered me and I thought that was exceptional customer service.

This was a last minute couple's getaway for date night. Hotel staff was polite and greeted us promptly and kindly upgraded our room for being a gold member. The room was nicely furnished and very clean with cold air blowing properly. It was a very pleasant stay.
