Maybe I'm jaded but aside from a malfunctioning smoke alarm I couldn't find fault. Looks like a well run property. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The bathrooms are a touch tired and could use a freshen up

My only complaint is that neither hotels.com nor Best Western's website mentioned that the hot tub was out of service. When this is your reason for booking, it ruins your stay. Great staff & rooms, though.
