The staff are amazing, friendly, professorial perfect. The hotel is very clean and fresh. Breakfast good. tea and coffee all day in the lobby. Rooms fresh and clean with full kitchen. Free shuttle to airport and surrounding attractions a pleasant addition. The shuttle drivers were among the nicest people we meet on our trip to Florida. Would stay again YES.

Stayed here for two nights over spring break, it was great! Hotel and room were very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable (except for the pillows that went flat pretty quickly). Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Location is great for Grapevine and Irving area. I would definitely stay here again!
