Did you know that hotels are not "required" to tell you they don't have an elevator unless they are 3 stories?
This is obviously an older hotel, and could really use some updating. The room we got actually had TWO king beds - never seen this before - and as a result there isn't much room to walk around. It...

This is an older property that hasn't been especially well-maintained. It's generally clean, and there is an indoor pool that's passable, but everything is generally both cheaply made and well-worn. Note that THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, so if you have a bunch of heavy luggage or small children, you will want to request a first floor room. The free breakfast...

Good location, but an older hotel with very little attention paid to upkeep. Good for over night while riding the back roads, but not for bringing your wife or family for an extended stay.
Surprised when desk clerk greeted me with "we've been expecting you Mr. _____". I requested an easily accessible room as I was traveling with an elderly parent and was happily obliged. Hotel info was pleasantly presented and all questions answered. Easy access from interstate, but far enough away to be quiet. Will definately stay here again.
As a corporate pilot, I have stayed in many many hotels and motels. Without question this Comfort Inn is the quietest and cleanest I have ever stayed at................anywhere !
This was our first visit to Kerrville. The room was descent (one king bed), clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate (eggs, sausage, yogurt waffles and bagels). This is a good place to spend a night on your way to ..? Had dinner at Buzzy's Barbeque - excellent and very reasonably priced.
This is an older Comfort Inn property. It is still well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is off of IH10 on the main street and very easy to locate. It is a two story motel and generally we prefer to stay on the second floor to avoid anyone staying over us. However, there were not many...

The pictures of this hotel are from their date when opened. The room smelled like urine! Old and worn out. The staff is friendly and welcome you but that's just not enought for me to feel good and sleep comfortably. Bed sheets looked clean but with the smell of the roomPool was dirty! Green stuff and hair floating in pool....

Staff were friendly and helpful, but the facility is clearly aging. Breakfast was decent (pre-fab eggs and sausage, waffles if they remember to turn the power on for the waffle iron, fruit, cereal, bagels, etc). The pool and spa were dingy/dirty. There was dirt and sand in the spa (could've just been a bad day from returning river goers) and...
