The room was spacious and spotless. The bathroom had several extras for the guest such as a comb, shaving cream and razor along with the usual soaps and shampoo. The staff here was extra friendly. Also the room was very clean. They have the best free breakfast, and it is always well stocked. If I ever have to go to Livingston I will choose this motel.

The staff was excellent. The room was spotless. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff recommended a restaurant and it was perfect. The whole experience was fantastic. I will be telling people that this is the place to stay when in Livingston, TX.

The pool was dirty, just a nasty green, The employees were high school kids and were never around when needed, but realized they were outside smoking most often. The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I had about the hotel was that our bathroom needed a little extra cleaning. Once I mentioned this to the front desk they had someone up immediatly to fix the problem. Their rooms were nice and the breakfast was just wat we needed.

This was a new, clean and comfortable motel with a very helpful staff. The breakfast buffet (free) was varied, fresh, and well stocked (no getting up early to eat before it's picked over!) throughout the morning hours.
