Rooms not properly cleaned, cockroach observed, front desk staff ill-informed and unhelpful. When we tried to complain to the General Manager, she ignored us. Internet terrible too. I doubt that my company will use this hotel again

I loved the fact that we were close to all my clients. I loved the 100% wireless! They had free beers and wines with dinner and excellent hot breakfasts! The Sales Manager, Erin Young, greeted me at Breakfast and sold us on coming back for business meetings! We will be back again and again!
