We were very disappointed in the entire stay. Front desk personnel came to the desk in shorts and a t-shirt. The room did smell pleasant when we entered but everything went down hill from there. Carpet was stained and a bit crunchy to walk on. Lamp shades were torn and falling off the lamps. Couch was stained/dirty. Towels were dingy...
