While trying a new route from our home in Mexico to California we looked for Best Western hotels along the route. Best Western Lubbock Windsor Inn was a great find. Clean in every way, cheerful and accommodating staff and a wonderful breakfast. We look forward to staying there in the future.

Had not the best experience in one stay, but Sam the manager made sure everything will be great the next one. the hotel was very clean and the room are "Texas" size. located in a comfortable place near the highway.

This property has some of the most wonderful & welcoming staff. As a business traveler it is great to recognizzed every time I stay. Home away from home. The property is well taken care of, the business tools available are up to date and breakfast hits the right spot!

All staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has all the basic necessities like a swimming poll and a Jacuzzi for a traveler.The hotel price was reasonable. Their breakfast room was clean and the food very good. I would definitely return to this well run establishment.

The clerk that checked me in had just baked chocolate cookies and brought one to me, still warm. Very nice gesture. The hotel price was reasonable.
