“Ehhh.... Not the most decent”

First let me say I am not picky about rooms at all. As long as they are clean and in decent shape I'm good. I usually stay at the red roof inn or motel 6 but money got a little tight this trip so we chose a cheaper motel. I wish I hadn't. Despite the bad area and run down... More

This was the filthiest hotel I've ever had the misfortune of staying in.The place stunk and there were what appeared to be bloodstains in the hallway leading to our room. I don't guess the City of Lubbock does any kind of inspections, because this horrible place would fail.

I was going to stay at the Carriage House on my way through Lubbock for one night. Booked my husband and me on Expedia because it was close to the highway.
