“Overbooked by 18 rooms”

This hotel overbooked by at least 18 rooms during Texas Tech graduation. Our party checked in at 5 pm and we got in at 1030 and they gave our room away even though the rest of our party cked in for us...We were not alone...at least 18 rooms were overbooked on PRE PAIDED Confirmations!!!!

“Good stay”

We chose to stay here since normal Holiday Inn Express was booked. The hotel was very busy, but surprisingly our room was very quiet. The beds are extremely comfortable, best night sleep in a hotel I believe ever had. Only complaint would be shower very little water pressure. We would definitely stay here again.

“Quiet and comfortable stay”

We enjoyed our two night stay in a tower room two room-suite. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the sofa-bed and watching their own TV. The hotel is close to Texas Tech as well as dining establishments. Checkin was a breeze and the front staff was very helpful. I recommend parking behind the tower for easier access to your room.
