It was over priced for the accommodations, I have stayed in many nicer hotels at a much lower price. It was great location, but not worth the amount that it cost. The breakfast was ok, but many of the cheaper hotels have nicer breakfast and more choices.

Had a great stay in April at this property. Speedy check-in to our third floor room that provided us with an excellent view of Lake Marble Falls. The room was clean with fresh linens on the bed. This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect for also visiting Fredricksburg and Austin. Lovely view of the lake out our window. Nice value as well. Very quiet and clean as well. The breakfast was typical with clean and hot foods. Enjoyed the waffles as usual.

Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. Felt it was a little overpriced for what we got as although room faced the lake, shrubs outside made it difficult to see the lake from our room so a lakeside view was not that possible unless standing at the window.

We upgraded to a riverview room here and it was worth every penny - gorgeous view! The room was a standard Hampton Room, but was clean and well-maintained. This is one of the best kept hotels in an unassuming little city called Marble Falls, Our room over looked the lake and except for bridge construction was a lovely delight. Breakfast was a 8 or of 10. Quiet a 10 out of 10.
