Employee at desk did not greet me upon arrive. I stood here for several minutes and then he ask for my last name. Not much hospitality. The carpet was very worn and I could not get any hot water in the bathroom sink.

This hotel always has great accomodations and amenities. I stay here everytime I stay in the Rio Grande Valley. It was a recommendation from my coworker and I recommended it to my coworkers. The food is always great for breakfast. It's perfect for the price. You definitley get more the price.

We stayed in McAllen while visiting family in the valley. It was a good central location.The rooms were clean and quiet. We enjoyed having 2 TVs and room to stretch out. The morning breakfast was convenient.

Rooms were very well appointed and houskeeping staff did a great job daily. Staff overall was very friendly.
