We stayed at this hotel to check out the facilities for my sons wedding which is not far from this hotel. A great base with local bars and resturants only a 5 min walk away. We travelled by car for a sunny weekend break at Alcala de Henares, and chose the hotel for it's pool and spa facilities, as well as its convenient highway location.
The problems started after an apparent misadvertisement at Booking.com: it turned our "double or twin room booking" was only valid for a twin room. The staff explained their hotel categorised...

Nice new hotel with clean well equipped rooms in an open environment very nicely decorated (lots of paintings). The quality of the rooms is out of doubt. The staff is very friendly and useful, and the cafeteria serves well at very competitive prices.
