We did not expect to be welcomed with open arms, a smile and cheerful greeting would have done. Not even that.. The staff all went to the same training school to learn that guests were a nuisance. We seem to remember that the food was palatable. Would not stay there again, but Aranjuez is well worth a visit

I stayed here for one week for a conference. The hotel was very nice. The rooms were lovely and well looked after. The breakfast (buffet) was good, only the coffee was often quite cold. Dinner was always very well prepared. The hotel staff was very friendly. Also the situation is quite convenient, close to the city centre.
