No kettle in the room (no way to have hot water and prepare hot drink), no shower curtain (bathroom is in big room, and it is cold). Buffet for breakfast is so disappointing... And hot food is cold in the plate... No free internet access... Very nice decoration and nice design, but essential items for confort are missing.
