We had a wonderful experience, staff extremely helpful and very polite. Breakfast was an absolute delight. Has a pool that is very private. The spa was a treat with very caring staff. Will certainly recommend this to all our friends.

The Vira has had some improvements to the pool area and there are more lounges and bean bags to sit on the area gets more sun and the pool was so much warmer than last time I stayed. Good location, not far from Discovery Centre and also able to walk into Kuta Square in 20 minutes or so. Lovely staff and nice rooms. I was not sure of what to expect but I was pleasantly surprise very clean, good food with the exception that is not a menu or variety for vegetarians , prices are reasonable. service outstanding even when visitors are rude ! Lovely relaxing pool and great security , always helpful will come back when staying at Kuta again !
