Very cramped. No kettle. Towels not provided had to hire them for more than the value of the towels. Have to pay for TV to work. Kitchen stuff very poor. Great location. Staff helpful and friendly. Kids liked it and didn't seem to mind the cramped conditions.

The location is about 20metres from the snow, 50 metres from the supermarket. It was clean and warm and serves the purpose of somewhere to cook,eat and sleep. Location is good, buts that's about it. The food is something like a wild animal would eat. Absolutely revolting. There are zero facilities and the staff are very unfriendly, especially the staff in the "restaurant" !!

The location of Cassiopee compared to any of the more expensive residences is second to none. Access to restaurants in Belle Plagne, as well as the cable car makes the whole ordeal of walking in ski boots more bareable.
