OK, for starters, ignore the "it's filthy" reviews. Yes, it's tired in places and could do with a little TLC in the room areas, but the common areas are cleaned constantly - we saw the glass being cleaned every morning without fail. Checked in last Sunday, only coach arrived so immediately seen by receptionist. Room was ready, which was a bonus as it was only 12.30pm.
