Ants all over kitchen area complained to staff and was told to deal with it ourselves, same when we had a cockroche.Staff very unhelpful and unfriendly. Pool for children is pretty good, very far from centre of santa ponsa if you have children and are walking although you can get a taxi for around €5.

stayed here august for 2 weeks big hotel compared to some in santa ponsa ,2 nice pools and 1 water slide, every morning from 7am all sun beds were taken with towels and would not be used until 3 or 4 in the day some beds were not used at all ,so unless you wanted to push somebodys towel off... Booked this hotel then when I read some of the reviews got worried, there was no need. The hotel was nice, clean and good value for money. Pool area was nice and clean. My girlfriend stayed here for 5 nights from 10-15th September 2011. I’m not going to lie our first impressions weren’t great. The local area is ok but I think we approached on the coach from the possible worst angle! The hotel is basic but clean and what you would expect for the low price. Our room was cleaned/changed 3 times in the week that we stayed.
