Staying at this hotel at minute would definely not recommend it. Staff are so rude and food is horrible. Rooms ok and clean that's about it. Please don't waste your money here, much better hotels in playa del ingles. Try hotel neptuno....

Hotel is ok but that is it. Do not go expecting a 4* hotel as you will be disappointed a 2* is more reflective. No tea/coffee facilities in room, no dressing table for the ladies and rooms are small. stayed from the 29th of may to the 5th of june, the hotel and staff were very friendly and the pool area was very relaxing, the food was good and varied. i liked the local area when i was there but it was a quiet time , not sure how loud it would be when it gets busier.
