This was my third stay at Parque Santiago III and have never been disappointed. Fantastic apartments with an excellent location, next to the beach and many great shops and restaurants close bye. Stayed here for 10 nights from April 23 2013. On ground floor at the side so not much of a view but the room was clean with good facilities and quiet. Stayed here last week with the family. Yes the resort is okay, my 5 year old son enjoyed the kids pool and the bigger pools, but the noise coming from the dodgy cabaret bars onthe road out front is intolerable up until 11pm. These apartments are very clean well equipped, in an excellent location, close to everything, shops, bars, beach, etc, we have been 5 times in the past 2 years and would strongly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

I will start with the negatives and get them out of the way. Yes as previous reviewers have stated the apartments are a little dated and could do with a refurbishment.
