The Troya hotel in Playa Americas was very friendly and very helpful. We were really happy here. Nobody put towels on the beds in the mornings. There was plenty of entertainment and all in all we had a lovely holiday. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble

Nice swimming pool, first line hotel next to beach, free wifi in all hotel, we had Internet beside pool, in room. Breakfast was poor. Was told diners was the same, poor, so we ate in different places around.
