Perfectly fine three star hotel, fantastic location for long walks along the board walk or bus trips from the Costa Adeja station. Spent two weeks there in October 2011 - nice quiet location, but near enough to beaches, restaurants etc. Staff were helpful when needed, rooms clean and towels and bed linen changed every day! Good basic rooms, only needed for sleeping in so nothing fancy was required.
