Excellent place to spent your holiday. All staff were very friendly and polite. Very clean, towel changed 5 days a week.Near to all amenities. Swimming pools in great condition, pool area very tidy with lots of comfortable sun beds. Definitely will be back to this hotel.

People check your reservation before you come to Tenerife. My reservation was cancelled because they could not take money from my VISA credit card ( over 2 grand on acc ). We stayed from the 18th March until the 23th March. 4th floor, facing the pool. It was warm (20-23degrees), nearly sunny every day (some clouds, not many), a bit windy. Not complaints whatsoever. We did not know what to expect... but everything was just perfect for us! Our apartment was spacious, cosy, nice and clean. Big and comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, friendly living room, bathroom, and a beautiful ocean view from the sixth floor. It was quiet although everything you might need is just a stone`s throw away.
