We took a two week holiday from May 1st - 15th and booked as Privilege guests after having experienced the benefits at H10 Lanzarote Princess in Playa Blanca. There was no dedicated Privilege check-in but we didn't have to wait long at the main desk and we were dealt with by pleasant, helpful staff.

When we got there it took a while to work things out so hope this helps

Service: Fantastic service from all hotel staff. On arrival they photocopied our passports, from this they noted it was my boyfriend's birthday during our stay, so on his birthday they put a bottle of champagne and a congratulations note in our room. On arrival my bag was also taken to my room for me, without asking.
