Was rather worried about going to these apartments after reading some reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The Apartments were really clean and although basic had everything you could wish for. Cleaners kept the place spotless and left plenty of clean towels etc. If you want the Ritz then pay accordingly. The apartments are a mixture of privately owned and site owned units. From reading other reviews it would appear the privately owned units are a better bet although I guess if there any issues it could be more difficult to resolve. Just back from a stay at Las Floritas. The apartment was quite cheap, a decent size and was reasonably clean. The beds were just fold-up camp beds but were still reasonably comfortable.
