Pool/hot tub closed, no apologies from staff, no help & terrible unprofessional attitude. I booked this hotel based on the pool/hot tub, which was well advertised on their website. They refused to cancel my reservation or provide any help whatsoever about the matter. Will never stay at this chain again.

This is a great hotel- particularly for a town overrun by the oil boom. HOWEVER- it is listed here on Trip Advisor as Pet Friendly and it IS NOT. BE AWARE. We found the staff and service to be EXCELLENT. Breakfast was great, coffee good and overall would stay here again. Better than even the "Big Name" hotels downtown.
