I stayed here for a couple days in late March, 2013, and had a great experience. The proprietors are friendly, the food was delicious, and the accommodations were charming, comfortable and clean. This is a great destination for anyone doing business in Nac or traveling to the Piney Woods country for a getaway.

We really enjoyed our night at the Hardeman House. It was very quiet and peaceful. Our room was lovely, as was the whole house. The innkeepers were quite enjoyable. Breakfast was very tasty. It's not really a complaint--it's just that we would like breakfast a little earlier. We'd go again!

What a wonderful B&B to stay! Kim and Michael were great! Very easy check-in, clean room, clean home. Coffee was available first thing in the morning, breakfast was served on time and tasted wonderful. I loved the quiet atmosphere. This is a very nice place to stay if you are in the Nacogdoches area and want a nice place to... More

The bed and breakfast concept seems simple. You show up, and you are introduced by a pleasant host to your nicely appointed and large private room. After a good night's sleep, you wake up refreshed to a fine breakfast. There is no exaggeration in my review title - the Hardeman House is exactly what a bed and breakfast should be.... More

If you are looking for a place to stay in Nacogdoches, you will not go wrong here. The Hardeman House is great. The house is an older home with lots of character. Rooms were great. Over several years our company used this location as our home away from home in Nacogdoches. While the staff was pleasant, the owner could be either friendly & welcoming or brusk & off-putting. After a particularly bitterly cold night in the house, the owner told us 'heating an old house is really expensive - if you want it to be... More

This B&B has new owners. We are sorry you had a bad experience before we purchased this wonderful home. Our guest's comfort is very important to us, summer and winter. If you come back to Nacogdoches, we would be happy to have you experience our hospitality. More

This was my first stay in a bed and breakfast, and I loved it. My daughter and I stayed for one night during her spring break week before going camping. Very charming, lovely decor and incredibly accommodating. No breakfast served during the week, but we were ok with that. Many thanks to the owners for allowing young children, as a... More

The rooms were all clean and attractive with the right amount of furniture. Contra the title to the "mrsbrowning" review, our bed was not soft but just right. We also had access to the central living room as well as the wrap-around porch. Breakfast was tasty and hearty, rather than precious as in many other B&Bs. We spent the evening... More

My husband and I stayed the night at Hardeman House. We only saw another person the next morning at breakfast. The innkeeper was pleasant and made a decent breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and we had access to the wraparound porch. The neighborhood is close to everything downtown and we enjoyed listening to jazz music from the Fredonia... More
