I'm surprised by the good reviews this hotel has received. I can't rave about anything except the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is located far from downtown, the breakfast was mediocre, and the grounds are not attractive.

I never really write reviews but this place was great for the price we paid! The guest service is wonderful I would recommend anyone to stay here. The hotel rooms had a wonderful fresh scent, beds were nice, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Staff was nice enough to change our room to a first floor one when we checked in. Room seemed to have recently been updated but there is only so much that can be done with limited space especially in the bathroom. Shower was narrow and slippery. Room was clean and AC was icy cold - very nice surprise since we're in a Heat Advisory here in Texas right now. And with the temperatures soring into the 100's that was so nice and enjoyable. My room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave and LOTS of TV channels. Had all amenities needed. Only complaint was the water pressure in the shower should have been better. Breakfast options were adequate - typical cereal, muffins, waffles, fruit and juice/coffee. Decent value. I would definately stay there again.

My company has us staying in various hotels that take a Corporate Lodging Card arrangement. Some of those properties are real dumps. NOT THIS ONE!! I enjoyed a nice pillow top bed, and they've recently put in flat screen televisions. I'm using their wifi and its working nicely. I'll target this location again when I'm in the area.
