While visiting family in Frisco we stayed at the Hyatt Place in Plano. The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable BUT the one thing I enjoyed the most was the shower!! Yes the water pressure was AMAZING! Thank you to the staff for an awsome experience! Cannot wait to return in the summer again!

I stayed here for business. The hotel was close to the client, so it worked out well for location. The room was pretty nice with a full sofa, desk and a small sink area for making coffee and tea with a small refrigerator. The staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my short stay there but would definitely return.

The free breakfast sandwiches are a "tick the box" item so they can tell everybody they offer them. Avoid them at all costs as they are gut-bombs. Dry English muffins and too often rewarmed ham, egg, cheese. Stick to the juice and cereal. I'll consider everything else suspect until told otherwise.
