The place was fantastic, great food for breakfast and dinner, and overall a very pleasant place to hang your hat for business trips or family travel. I would highly recommend the Homewood Suites to anyone.

This is a very good hotel with nice rooms and an excellent staff. The food served at the breakfast and manager's reception is good - however there is no personal touch to "make it memorable". I recommend this hotel as a great place to stay (eat elsewhere).

One of the most friendly and service-oriented hotels that I have stayed at in many years. Very high points for cleanliness which is rare these days. It will be on my list of future hotels for a return stay.

We booked several rooms at this property for a business conference. After checking in, I took the elevator to the 4th floor. Homewood Suites in Plano was centrally located for all our activities and the room was great - good to have a kitchen and all the amenities. Courteous and knowledgeable staff at the front desk made for a wonderful stay. Thanks, Curtis. Will definitely come back when in town again.

Overall I rated this very good because the staff was fantastic, the lobby was super clean and it was an overall very good experience. Location great for our trip (Dallas-Plano-Frisco). Nice to have a FULL size refridgerator. Room was very clean and the beds were wonderful. Breakfast had eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, sausage, waffle, danish, coffee, tea, juice. You are close but not too close to a lot of things. Zorba's Greek Cafe was an excellant suggestion from Hotel staff one evening.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Helpful and kind. Quiet and in a good location to walk to restaurants and shopping. we didn't swim because of the weather but we saw the pool being cleaned each day and had it been warmer we would have taken a dip!
