“Amazing staff, ho-hum room”

I spent one night at the Marriott Plano Legacy Center while in town for business. The staff were absolutely incredible. Fro the first second when the valet staff welcomed me and assisted me with my luggage to the gracious and helpful check in process to the concierge lounge to the room service, I was thoroughly impressed. Had a wedding to attend on a recent Saturday. Arrangements were made with the Marriott to book a number of rooms for out of town guests and to provide transportation to and from the site of the wedding. We stayed here for a couple of nights due to our electricity being out. The staff is super friendly! Our room was quite comfortable and nicely appointed. “Fantastic stay”

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were superb, friendly and could not do more for you. The pool, exercise room, hot tub were all spotless. Everyone desrves lots of compliments. The front desk knew you by name, the restaurant went the extra mile and beyond.
