Again this place has trained their staff well!!!! Rooms are nice and large, not what you expect for "motel" very well maintained. It is about six blocks to beach, so the walk is doable but if you have small children not feasible. Would stay again.

Room wasn't ready on time. Once we checked in, room was stuffy and floors were wet. There were dead roaches in the stairwells and live ones crawling on the exterior walls. Breakfast was bad.
