Very nice hotel, huge rooms with nice kitchen, comfortable bed.....WORST TV EXPERIENCE IN 20 YEARS STAYING AT A HOTEL....They have flat panels, nicely mounted, the room even had a fireplace....but the TV was awful...

Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfasts are OK. As my family ate later, about 8:30 am, there were never pastries. On some days there was yogurt available. After Hawthorn Suites in Park Central "lost" our reservation, we (along with our 3 children) drove to this hotel. Maria was so friendly and helpful. She really made a horrible situation into a wonderful experience. We were in Dallas for 2 nights and we liked this hotel so much that we booked another night. We stayed in the 2BR/2BA unit.... More

I really like this place and the people! And things just keep getting better with all of the room remodeling. One of the reasons people stay where they do once they find what makes them happy then they go back time and time again. Well that is what this location is - CONSISTANT!
