I picked this place at random and was very pleased. The breakfast was one of the best I have had at any Best Western. Even cooked pancakes and french toast to order. Employees were very friendly. When we left they were unloading new furniture. Will head back to visit again.

The buildings and grounds look attractive, but the rooms and amenities need more attention. This place is skimping on everything: bed covers (too thin), no additional blankets, no decent reading lights in the room, only 1 paper cup, and the promise of WiFi that does not work.

Looks really nice from the outside but the room told a different story. The room was OK clean but appointments were "tired". The room was comfortable and quiet and conveniently located however, the staff and management made very little effort to deal with minor issues and didn't seem to care whether they were resolved or not. One gentleman was told (3 times) to keep trying the door key that he wasn't doing it properly when in fact the problem was the batteries... More

the hotel is nice, location right on the texas coast, has all the ammenities: frig., coffee maker, microwave. the rooms are large, neat, the bathroom is roomy, neat but not really clean, not dirty, maybe just old and worn out. the landscaping is beautiful, really nice, spread out not crowded, looks more like a resort or condos than a hotel....
