Stayed last year see changes in hotel with flat screen tv rooms look fresh&updated with same freindly staff good location for shopping.

hotel was excellent location was across from outlet malls easy access on to highway rooms were great and nice beds kids had fun with indoor pool staff was very friendly and helpful

What a difference with the last hotel we stayed in, also in San Marcos. Cheaper, cleaner, quieter........ AC was too cold, though.......otherwise sleep quality would have been 5.

Great place to stay with the family. 5 minutes from the outlet mall and New Braunfels down the road. Everyone was really nice.... I would stay again. Kids loved the inside pool !!!

We were there for 4 nights. Real good rates. The rooms were clean. Air was very cold. The front desk was always helpful. Plenty of towels. Had a good basic continental breakfast with 4 different cereals, french toast, premade waffels, bagles, toast, pastries, oatmeal, apples, & oranges. I do not know which one is worst the callous, unsympathetic, arrogance of the customer service or the mold. We were grateful to find what looked like decent accommodations from the outside after being on the road for an extended period of time. I would NOT stay here again. They put me in a smoking room, of which I DID NOT request, and begged to be changed out of, of which they said, "Sorry"! The entire hotel reaked of cigaratte smoke.
