We were here for a week and didn't want to leave. We had a fantastic view of the sunrise and the gulf from our downstairs balcony and a beautiful view of the sunset and bay from our upstairs balcony. We had a very large private sundeck just like the one in the picture and really enjoyed our entire experience

There is nowhere to differentiate these properties as other reviewers have mentioned. We booked through RCI for a timeshare property. We found out there are only two suites owned by RCI. The staff at Sunchase was amazing! very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could have been any different was that the building was confusing. I got lost a few times and finding stairs to take when the elevator was full was impossible.

I need to start with fact that this is a nice place. The 2 BR condo had 2 full baths on the sleeping floor and 1 half bath on the living/kitchen floor upstairs! We loved the layout.
